Bigglestones Returns Policy

At Bigglestones, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please read our returns policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns for physical books and related items purchased directly from bigglestones.com.
  • Returns are available to UK customers only.
  • Items must be:
    • In their original condition (unused, undamaged, and with any original packaging).
    • Returned within 14 calendar days of delivery or store collection.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, digital downloads, and personalised or special-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Items damaged after delivery or showing signs of use are not eligible for return.

3. How to Return an Item

  1. Notify us first
    Email returns@bigglestones.com with:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
  2. Pack securely
    Use the original packaging where possible to prevent damage in transit.
  3. Send to our returns address (provided in our confirmation email).
    Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will also refund your standard delivery cost.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@bigglestones.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

7. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
